Registration payment can be made via credit card (Visa,
Master, Amex), or cheque/bank draft.

Please note that the merchant name reflected on your
credit card bill will be "Lotus Travel Pte Ltd"

All cheques / bank drafts should be made payable to
"IEEE-IEMC 2004" and mailed to the conference
secretariat. Kindly indicate your name, contact number
and name of the conference (IEMC 2004) at the back of
the cheque/bank draft.

Cancellation Policy |

A 50% refund will only be made for cancellations made
in writing and received by the secretariat on or before
1 Aug 2004.

Refunds will only be made after the conference
|

Any other refunds will be made at the sole discretion
of the organiser.

Neither the organizer nor its employees
or its appointed PCO shall be liable in Singapore or elsewhere
to the registered participant in contract, tort or otherwise
except as expressly stated in the registration form. |
