Tenure Track Asst/Assoc/Full Professor Positions
The department is looking for outstanding Ph.D. degree holders, particularly those who have
established international standing in the area of Systems Engineering, with potential for or have
a distinguished scholarship record of academic and research leadership, external funding and
service contributions. They are encouraged to apply for positions at the rank of Full and Associate
Professors.
Opportunities to seek research funding from various sources are available. The ability to teach courses related to current developments in systems engineering and service systems in industry at both the undergraduate and graduate levels is expected. Outstanding individuals whose specializations fall within other areas of ISE and feel that they can contribute to the Department are also encouraged to apply. Applicants must have a PhD degree. Interested parties are invited to send us an application stating the post applied for with the following documents: 1) a detailed curriculum vitae which includes names and contact information of at least five
referees, 2) a publication list, 3) a two-page (maximum) statement on teaching philosophy and methodology,
4) a two-page statement of major accomplishments in research, citing up to five significant
publications; details other scholarly contributions with explanations of their significance. Sample copies of
these contributions may be provided (in the case of books, reviews may be provided). 5)
Citation (excluding self-citations) and impact analysis of research output, highlighting papers
with the highest citation counts and creative works.
