SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES
 |
Process improvement in operations by reinforcing best practices, methods/procedures |
|
Analyze root-causes of service failures through investigation from system database and provide alternative solutions |
|
Monitor weekly service performance and report to district/region in conference call for quick snapshot for issues and resolutions. |
|
Establish Master Operating Procedures (MOP) or Work Measurements for new service products or operations set up |
|
Analyze work force utilization, facility layout, and operational historical data, such as service failures, overtime, excess cost, etc to determine efficient and effective utilization of labors, materials and equipment. |
|
Lead special project that involves large capital expenditures, provide financial justifications, and implement the project within approved budget |
|
Engineering support to day-to-day operations for both Express and Supply Chain operations |
REQUIREMENTS
Educational level |
: |
Bachelor degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering degree. |
|

Other Technical/ Professional Qualification |
: |
Proficient in MS Office application. Knowledge of Autocad is optional,but a plus. |
