The roles at a glance:

	applies engineering knowledge and technical expertise to prevent or reduce the likelihood of failure of our products and services.
	applies engineering knowledge and technical expertise to prevent or reduce the likelihood of failure of our products and services.
	is responsible for identification of leading-edge developments in relevant technology and facilitating its adoption by the Integration Center, as well as the application of these in the product development processes.
	is the owner of their respective métier processes and standards and enforces their implementation via design reviews and audits.
	collaborates with the other Métiers to ensure that return-on-experience is captured in their métier standards and guidelines.
	plays a key role in the development of competencies of métier personnel to first-in-class levels and inspires the métier personnel to reach their utmost potential. These activities are performed in line with company product development strategy and timing, and in conformity to relevant standards.
