Professor TN Goh delivered a lecture in the 2006 William Mong Distinguished Lecture series entitled "Value Creation Via Customer-Centric Quality Engineering" at The University of Hong Kong on 26 Nov 2006.
Professor Goh critically reviewed the significance of Customer-Centricity and of quality engineering in product and service generation in layman terms for engineering professionals, business leaders and educators. He also examined in realistic terms some general frameworks such as Quality Function Deployment, Six Sigma and Design of Six Sigma.
